Stories To Life: An Augmented Reality Children’s Book

Bringing classic fairy-tales to life, through the magic of augmented reality and a beautifully crafted children’s book.

‘Stories to Life’ is Fuzzy Logic’s first beautiful children’s book that is brought to life using our own in-house developed Augmented Reality app.

We recently launched our Kickstarter campaign for ‘Stories To Life’ and all we can say is… so far so good.  This gorgeous animated children’s book is inspired by classical Grimm’s Fairy Tales, TouTenKartoon’s papercraft stopmotion work on ‘La Petit Prince’, and the beautiful forests in the Garden Route of South Africa. We are debuting this experience with the age old tale of Hansel and Gretel, and are well into production, having developed a successful prototype of the app, and a set of finished pages for the book.

We are now reaching a stage where, to move forward, we need to shift all our focus from other projects, and direct it all into finishing the book and polishing the app, so that children and adults alike can enjoy the experience that is ‘Stories to Life.’

Since launching on the popular crowd funding site Kickstarter, ‘Stories To Life’ has been reviewed and featured on various popular development sites such as www.augmented.org and AR/VR Magazine and continues to gain momentum with its funding requirements.

Funders can pledge anything from £ 1.00 through to £ 1000.00 with a variety of rewards on offer for their generosity. The goal is to reach £ 35 000.00 to complete the first phase of ‘Stories To Life’ but should we exceed this there are a number of stretch goals which can be implemented including development of the next book, Rapunzel, should funding exceed £ 80 500.00.

We would like to urge all of our friends, family and fans to visit our Kickstarter page and make a donation… as they say every cent counts!
